Hi there, it’s nice to meet you! For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Alicia Bainbridge.
My passion is helping people along their journey to find ease in their everyday life, to search for their “Ideal Optimal Well Selves”.
In my clinic you’ll get to know me and what I do, you’ll find I treat through pressure point release: I’m a Reflexologist. You'll find I treat through tension release: I'm an Indian Head Masseuse. You’ll find I treat through unblocking pathways through the ears: I’m a Hopi Ear Candling Specialist. You’ll find me treating through movement that heals: I’m a Rehabilitative Pilates Practitioner. You'll find I treat through the teaching of guiding spiritual and physical well-being through the power of breath and mindfulness: I'm a meditation Facilitator. This means I have a holistic overview of the body and am passionate about health, I found my way into Alternate Health Therapy by looking for my own “Ideal Wellness” and am still enthusiastically chasing my goals of “Optimal Overall Health” and I love helping others find their way along their life’s journey.

Eyes closed, we were guided to envision a soft yellow ball of light travelling from each foot, all the way up to brow in a slow and deliberate manner. I think this is just a process to bring you into the present and quiet the mind whilst giving the conscious thinking part of the mind something to do and be guided. It was effective for me.
